This policy describes what data reviewai.net collects and how it is used. The site is a static catalogue — we do not require accounts and do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, approximate geography). IP addresses are processed by Google per their policy; we only see aggregated reports.
- Tool submissions. The submission form sends us the tool name, URL, description and an optional contact email. The submitting IP address is logged for spam protection.
- Reviews. When you post a review we store the name you enter, the rating, the text and your IP address (used only for rate limiting and spam control; never displayed).
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We additionally use browser local storage for one flag: your 18+ age confirmation for NSFW sections. No tracking is attached to it.
Outbound links
Links to listed tools pass through an internal redirect and include a
utm_source=reviewai.net parameter so destination sites can see the traffic source. Some
outbound links may be affiliate links.
